1. Eligibility and Account Registration

1.1 To register and use the 8e884 Service, you must: (a) be at least 21 years of age; (b) be the registered owner of the payment method used to fund your account; (c) not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which access to online gambling is prohibited by applicable law; and (d) have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

1.2 Each individual may hold only one registered account on 8e884. The opening of duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 8e884 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any winnings generated from them, and retain any bonus funds credited to such accounts.

1.3 You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. 8e884 may at any time request documentary evidence to verify the information you have provided, including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of ownership of your payment method. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

You must notify 8e884 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. 8e884 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

2. Deposits and Withdrawals

2.1 8e884 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), and other approved local payment providers. Accepted methods are displayed at the point of deposit and may change from time to time.

2.2 The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits vary by payment method and are displayed within the cashier section of your account. All deposits and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladesh Taka (BDT).

2.5 8e884 does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 8e884 accepts no liability.

3. Bonuses and Promotions

3.1 8e884 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional offers from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, wagering requirements, and expiry dates, which will be clearly stated at the point of offer.

3.2 Unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering contributions vary by game type; slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino table games may contribute at a reduced rate as stated in the promotion terms.

3.3 Bonuses are credited to the bonus balance and must be wagered before they are converted to withdrawable real-money funds. Where a player withdraws before meeting wagering requirements, any remaining bonus and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited.

4. Gameplay Rules and Betting

4.1 All games on 8e884 are operated using certified random number generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing and spinning procedures overseen by trained croupiers and monitored by video feed. The outcome of each game round is entirely independent of previous rounds.

4.2 In the event of a technical failure — including server disconnection, software error, or power interruption — during an active game round, 8e884 will attempt to resolve the round based on recorded game state data. Where resolution is not possible, the bet amount for the affected round will be returned to the player's account. 8e884's determination of technical fault outcomes is final.

4.3 Sports betting markets on 8e884 are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In the event of dispute regarding an official result, settlement will be suspended pending confirmation from the governing body and 8e884 reserves the right to void bets where no official result is forthcoming within a reasonable period.

4.4 8e884 reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is evidence of match-fixing, collusion, use of automated betting software (bots), exploitation of software errors, or any other form of cheating or fraudulent activity.

5. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8e884 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to law enforcement:

• Attempting to access the accounts of other players without authorisation.

11.2 Upon account closure for cause, 8e884 reserves the right to retain any funds in the account that represent proceeds of a breach of these Terms. Where closure is not for cause, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within 10 business days.

11.3 You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, all pending withdrawals will be processed normally and your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data retention law.
